A. Schedule A: Commercial Usage

The Licensor hereby agrees to:

  1. license the software and documentation identified in A.2.a below to the Licensee; and
  2. re-license the software and documentation identified in A.2.b below to the Licensee

under the terms and conditions of the eCosPro License Version 3.0.

This schedule defines the Licensee and Licensor, the extent which the Software is relicensed as well as the processor(s) and Licensee's products.

A.2. Software

  1. eCosPro License Version 3.0

    Software which identifies itself as being licensed under the terms and conditions of the eCosPro License Version 3.0. Such software will normally contain a header of the following form in the source code:

    Non-Commercial Software that:

    1. is distributed and licensed by the Licensor; and
    2. is provided directly to the Licensee by the Licensor; and

    3. either:

      1. does not identify itself as Middleware or

      2. is one of the following Middleware packages:

    All Middleware Packages not listed in section A.2.b.iii.b of this schedule shall remain licensed under the eCosPro Non-Commercial Public License Version 1.0 (i.e. Non-Commercial use only).

The following sections are examples of how targets may be defined and are indicative of the type of specifications which may be used to define the parameters under which the Software is licensed. For example, processors, Licensee's products and combinations thereof may be used in the definition of Target Hardware.
