FOSDEM 2003

Several of the eCos maintainers attended FOSDEM 2003 where eCos was presented at the Embedded Track on Sunday 9th. After the presentation, an open eCos meeting was informally held where participants were invited to ask questions, provide feedback and generally share their experiences.

The maintainers and eCosCentric staff also had a pleasant surprise when they were reunited briefly with former eCos team member Julian Smart, author of wxWindows who originally ported the eCos Configuration Tool from MFC to wxWindows, allowing it to run across multiple platforms.
